What’s better than a relaxing day by the pool? Eating this amazing Southwestern Chicken that is great for any pool party or event by your pool.
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
½ tsp salt
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast halves
Combine oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt; brush over both sides of chicken to coat. Grill chicken over medium-hot coals for 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Turn half way through. Serve immediately or add to your favorite dish.
