Do not call a different pool service company. Call this place and ask for Reuben… dude has 30 years of pool experience, walked me through every step of my system and explained how equipment manufacturers recommended different chemistry so that they can sell you chemicals. Reuben made about 6-7 adjustments to my pool and the system and it’s a night and day difference from before he showed up until now. He may never have to come back because I’m so confident in everything he showed me how to do. Great service indeed.

My Polaris pool vacuum started experiencing the same error messages since the last repair and Shelley didn’t even waste a minute! I had service scheduled a few short days later and my pool technician (forgive me – Jonathan?) was dynamite- got there first thing in the am – tore the dang thing apart and replaced the fully warranted part!! Platinum Customer Service is batting 1000!!!
13 months after our pool was installed I found the smallest piece of plastic in the pump filter basket. After some quick emails with Shelley Wehberg at Platinum Pools and her detective skills she was quickly able to determine where the piece came from, got the replacement part ordered and I’m up and running! But the story doesn’t end – as soon as that was fixed my beloved Polaris 9450 pool vacuum died – fearing the worst I reached out to Shelley again – my Platinum repairman will be out no less than 24 hours later to fix it and it’s under warranty! What??? Is that possible? 24-hour response time for a pool vacuum? Only with the fantastic customer focused approach that Platinum has. I was thrilled with the entire installation from over a year ago and continue to be impressed long after the bills been paid!
