Went with Platinum Pools for our build and had a great experience throughout. Buddy was a fantastic point person and design expert! He worked us to perfect our design and stay within a budget we were comfortable with. Doug was our foreman and communicated with us throughout the process. He was a great resource for all questions. Arturo did our start up and pool school - having never had a pool before, he was extremely patient and answers all our questions about chemicals, balancing, equipment, etc. My only complaint about the whole process was the delay between each stage, which was affected by weather and winter holidays...in hind sight, especially having dogs, I would’ve preferred the pool to be completed by the winter, or waited until spring. Either way, very happy to have a beautiful backyard oasis now!

Last summer I contacted Platinum Pools and linked up with Ian. My wife and I told him we wanted a natural looking tiny pool in which we call a “spuddle" (spa-pool-water puddle.) Tha catch was that we wanted it to blend into our existing landscape and look like it has always been here. He created a video render of the finished project and we immediately said yes. During a time when everyone around the city is building a pool, they managed to pull it all together. We had a few slow-downs and hiccups, but between David (project manager), Ian and the rest of the team things were taken care of and we couldn’t be happier with what we have now. We’ve always loved being in our backyard, but now its a complete oasis thanks to them. If you’re looking into building a pool, I would highly recommend using them.

Our designer was Buddy Harrott, he really listened to what we wanted and was always available to reply to our many questions, even after construction was finished.
Our PM was David Bandy, he took really good care of us, came to supervise construction multiple times and also made himself available by phone, text or in person to answer all of our questions. Office staff has also been great, courteous and very responsive. We've only had our pool for 3 months, so we haven't had any issues, other than minor adjustments, but the technical service has been great so far, both at the office (Shelley), and in the field (Raul).
