Just wanted to take a minute to give a "Shout out" to Lynsie at the Platinum Pools Victoria Office. Since the construction of our pool a few years ago we had some issues with the pool coping stone that ultimately required the coping stone be completely replaced with a different type of stone. We went through may iterations of potential solutions and all the while Lynsie remained extremely helpful, courteous, and patient. It's AWESOME when a company has such dedicated and passionate employees who genuinely care about their customers and making things right.
