This Pool Company Does it Right
When you find yourself considering such a significant investment in your home, I'm convinced these are the folks you want taking care of you.
Whether designing the backyard from my living room with custom CAD software, hand-selecting my options at the showroom, tracking construction progress from my smartphone, or sitting through customized "pool school", the team of pros at Platinum took great care of us from start to finish.
We had a small delay immediately after signing the contract, but once we things were moving only weather could stop constant progress. Communication with our project manager (Scott) was always prompt, informative, and honest. The back office team was also very responsive to requests and proactive with follow-ups.
Overall, this company does it right, and you can tell the employees enjoy working there, which is reflected in great service. Kudos all who were involved in our awesome new pool!

First Pool for us and we LOVE Platinum! Great JOB!!!
We are first time pool owners and we really did our research before we chose Platinum. We worked with Ian and he was great at listening to our wants/concerns/questions about the process. He didn't pressure us or keep hounding us to make a decision as the other pool companies we had interviewed. Our pool was built on time and our construction manager, Dave was awesome. He was always making sure everything was done the way it should be and answered any questions we had during the process. Belinda in the office was great to schedule us and keep us informed of the next step of the process.
We have been extremely pleased with our pool and everyone who sees it thinks it's just beautiful and also very efficient for our competitive swimmer daughters! Thanks so much Platinum for excellent workmanship, quality, safety features and timely delivery. We couldn't ask for a better experience!
