We recently had a pool built with Platinum Pools and I have to say the experience was fairly simple. Mark was our sales person and he was very flexible with our changes. Hector was the supervisor on the job and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

My designer and project manager worked seamlessly together. They were also very communicative and explained everything at each step of the way. Any questions I had about anything about the product or process, they were there to explain and guide. They were just very professional and very customer oriented.
