When we decided to have a pool built, my husband and I wanted it completed by the time our grandchildren were scheduled to visit. We solicited quotes from three pool builders, but ended up going with Platinum Pools because they promised us they could meet our deadline. They didn't just have our new pool ready to go on time, they finished it three weeks early. They had the whole thing done in 31 or 32 days, and we are very pleased with how it turned out.

Clint was our supervisor throughout the project, and he was very good about addressing any concerns. We felt that he was very responsive and available. The people in the office are very good, too. Platinum is a large company, but they still do what they say they will. They came through on every point they told us would happen. We had a very satisfying experience using them.

Everything went very well except for an issue with permitting required for Richmond, which delayed things a bit. Site prep, pool construction, deck construction and cleanup all met or exceeded what we expected. Bottom line is that they delivered what they promised.
