Looking to build a pool? Can’t decide what to add to your pool? Well the possibilities are endless. But here are few of our favorite pool features for you to consider! But before you decide to consider adding any pool features, make sure you have a concept, theme, or idea in mind. There’s almost nothing worse than a tacky pool that doesn’t fit with your back yard or home.

1.    Waterfalls:

One of the most common features you can add to a new pool is the waterfall. Waterfalls combine elegance and simplicity. It can be placed inside the water or build it separately. The water of the pool will be recycled and used in the waterfall. You can also add some stones or rocks with the fall to give it a natural look

2.    Fountains:

Another common water feature are fountains. You can include a light that will have a dramatic effect at night. You can adjust the speed and the height of the water fountain. The water required for the fountain will be provided by the water already present in the pool therefore making this feature a simple add on. The best part is, you can also get controlled fountains. This allows you to control the height, time, and how often they’re spouting. It’s super fun for kids.

3.    Aerator:

It is basically a spray of water, almost like a fountain. The water is sprinkled like a fan into the pool that adds up to the beauty of the pool. This water feature is best especially for the hot climate when this splash cools the temperature of the water.

4.    Water or Fire Bowls:

Another water feature that adds to your pool’s luxurious style and beauty is the inclusion of water or fire bowls. These bowls have water or fire that can be used to create different designs. For example, in a night party, a fire bowl will glow and provide your party with a mesmerizing view.

5.    Sheer descent:

A great addition to any new pool is in the form of a sheer descent. A form of water that creates a great visual effect in your swimming pool. It is a line of water that is made in the form of either straight or linear waterfall.
